We offer standard shipping and express shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

Flat rate standard shipping: we charge $12 CAD for domestic shipping, $15 CAD for shipments to the US.
Express shipping: depends on your delivery address.

DISPATCH TIME

It takes 2-5 business days for us to ship out ready-to-ship items.
If it's a pre-order, we will ship on the date specified on the product page.

STANDARD SHIPPING TIME

3-9 business days. Please note that this is the range estimated by Canada Post.
Special conditions such as Covid, snow storm, or other unforeseen circumstances may delay the delivery.

DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes according to their countries' regulations.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is of great value to us.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging. If your order comes with a gift, you will need to return the package with the gift.

Please note that we are not taking returns for jewelry items due to COVID-19. We do not accept returns for made-to-order items. Please refer to the return policy in the product descriptions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Opus Haus takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or trackable services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Opus Haus.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
